It is a scam. Do not go to this hotel. You need to spend a lot more on a four or five star hotel. It was so noisy at night until 4 AM so I checked out early and they did not refund the taxes they collected from me when I checked in after midnight the first night for the six day stay even though I only stayed one night and only slept maybe 3 hours.

My room was spacious and clean enough. The bed was comfortable and Lenin was new because it's a new hotel so I feel very good. Room service food was excellent and service was quick. Food serves were hygiene and in good quantity coperative and helpful staff,

I booked this place as it was near to the airport . The room didn’t have any window and was tiny . No towels in the room . When my brother came to visit me , instead of offering a solution , the guy at the counter was angry and was telling me I can not take him to my room as I had booked for one person only . Later he allowed me charging me money . Good ratings are earned not begged . You need to serve your customer right and you will get more customers. The way Nayan shouted at me and made me feel ,I don’t think you will soon strat getting clients .
Book this place if you are in a budget and can compromise your comfort .

We booked execusive room type for 2 days and payment completet to trip.com but when we reached there, The staff extra charge to us for tax 800 inr with the reason trip.com it's not internation agency then the staff provide just delux room type for us. It's so small. Anyway we've fought to let them change but have to refer booking paper. Tricky service. I won't back and back list this hotel
